Is there a contract?
No. Monthly members can cancel anytime. Annual members pay upfront for the year.
What’s the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Nothing, except how you pay. Both plans include all five benefits - the same trip charge waiver, priority scheduling, 2-year warranty, annual flush, and annual testing. Monthly ($19.99/mo) gives you flexibility. Annual ($199/yr) saves you the equivalent of two months. Pick whichever fits your budget.
Does Monthly include the water heater flush and testing too?
Yes. The annual water heater flush and the annual pressure & drain testing are included on both plans. Monthly members get the exact same services as Annual members - there is no reduced tier.
When does the annual flush get scheduled?
We’ll reach out within 30 days of your membership start date to schedule your annual water heater flush at a time that works for you.
What if my water heater is older than 6 years?
Water heaters older than 6 years carry a higher risk of failure during a flush due to sediment pressure. We’ll assess the unit first and discuss the safest options before proceeding. If a flush isn’t recommended, we’ll let you know what we can do instead.
Does the trip charge waiver apply to every service call?
Yes. Every service request from an active member has the $59 trip charge waived, whether it’s a repair, installation, or follow-up visit.
Can I have more than one property on the plan?
The membership covers one primary residence. Additional properties can be added at a discounted rate.
Do member benefits stack with other promotions or discounts?
Membership benefits apply to all standard services. Promotional pricing and one-time offers may vary.
