Is there a contract?

No. Monthly members can cancel anytime. Annual members pay upfront for the year and are covered for all twelve months. Both plans include the same benefits.

Will anyone try to sell me something?

No. That’s not how we work. We’ll tell you honestly what we found. If something needs attention, we’ll explain what it is and what it would cost. There’s no pressure to decide that day - or ever. Some homeowners book us back months later. Some never do. Either way is fine.


Do I need to be home?

Yes - someone needs to be there to let the plumber in and to hear the findings firsthand. Most inspections take about 30–45 minutes, so you won’t be tied up for long.

How long does the inspection take?

Usually 30–45 minutes from the time the plumber arrives. He’ll work through each system, then spend a few minutes at the end walking you through what he saw.

What types of homes do you service?

We inspect single-family homes throughout the Phoenix metro area. Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Just call or text and we’ll confirm quickly.

Can you inspect a specific problem I’ve already noticed?

Absolutely. If you have a concern - a slow drain, a sound the water heater is making, a pipe you’re not sure about - mention it when you book and we’ll look at that area first.

What if I have an emergency right now?

Don’t fill out the form - call us directly at [PHONE NUMBER]. Leaks, no hot water, backed-up drains, or anything actively getting worse should be handled the same day. We pick up.

What does the inspection not include?

The free inspection covers visual and non-invasive functional checks of accessible systems. Advanced diagnostics, specialty leak detection, system disassembly, repairs, and code compliance inspections are separate and would be quoted before any work begins.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just text us. The number is in your confirmation. We’d much rather reschedule than lose the appointment.

Can I use my membership right away?

Your membership is active as soon as your payment is processed. Priority

scheduling and the trip charge waiver apply immediately on both plans.
