The standard $60 trip charge is waived for active members on every service request. One call and the plan has already started paying for itself.

Active members get priority booking over non-members. When something comes up, you won’t be waiting.

Our standard warranty is 1 year. Members get 2 years on all workmanship because we stand behind our work longer for the people who trust us most.

No. Monthly members can cancel anytime. Annual members pay upfront for the year and are covered for all twelve months. Both plans include the same benefits.
No. That’s not how we work. We’ll tell you honestly what we found. If something needs attention, we’ll explain what it is and what it would cost. There’s no pressure to decide that day - or ever. Some homeowners book us back months later. Some never do. Either way is fine.
Yes - someone needs to be there to let the plumber in and to hear the findings firsthand. Most inspections take about 30–45 minutes, so you won’t be tied up for long.
Usually 30–45 minutes from the time the plumber arrives. He’ll work through each system, then spend a few minutes at the end walking you through what he saw.
We inspect single-family homes throughout the Phoenix metro area. Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Just call or text and we’ll confirm quickly.
Absolutely. If you have a concern - a slow drain, a sound the water heater is making, a pipe you’re not sure about - mention it when you book and we’ll look at that area first.

The free inspection covers visual and non-invasive functional checks of accessible systems. Advanced diagnostics, specialty leak detection, system disassembly, repairs, and code compliance inspections are separate and would be quoted before any work begins.
